What is a 'Free Size' ?
A variety of items we stock are a free size, which means that they comfortably fit from a size 8 to a 20. Although we do state the size they fit on every item.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Of course, if you call our team on 0191 4785656 we can take a card payment over the telephone and our team will be more than happy to help! Our online support team are available 10am until 5pm Monday to Friday.
Can I return an item I bought online?
Yes, as long as the item is unused and the tags are still attached and returned to us within 14 days of the date on the packing slip, we allow 28 days for international orders. Please complete the returns section on the packing slip and send to;

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns. We recommend using www.parcel2go.com for your return.
The refund will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned items providing the returned items are in a resalable condition.
*Please note, we can not give refunds on items that are unfit for resale or sale items*
Can I return an item I bought in store?
If you have purchased an item in store you can either exchange the item or have a store credit note
What do I do if I've received an incorrect/faulty item?
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be more than happy to rectify any mistakes or exchange any faulty items.

Can I change my order once I've placed it?
If you wish to make a change to your order, please call us as soon as possible on 0191 4785656 and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. However, if we have already processed your order, we would be unable to make any changes.
Why has my order been cancelled?Our stock can sell out quickly due to such a high demand and on occasions an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. These cases are rare and if an item in your order sells out, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation of your order. If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item.
I have a gift voucher, how do I redeem it?
To use your Lulu Bella Gift Voucher in store simply bring it along with you when you visit us, or alternatively, use the Gift Voucher code online to link to your account.

For our UK mainland deliveries, we use DPD Local, Yodel & Royal Mail. For next day delivery, please note that our items are collected at 3pm Monday to Friday.

Do you dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays?
Any orders placed online after 3pm on a Friday are dispatched on the next working day.
If it is a Bank Holiday your order will be processed on the next working day.
